Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using any service hosted under adityakp.dev (including ImgCil, MailHook and Syndirector), you agree to these Terms.

• Services are provided on an "as-is", "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a paid plan.
• You must not abuse, reverse engineer, attack, scrape excessively, or interfere with our infrastructure.
• API rate limits and usage quotas apply depending on your selected plan; exceeding them may throttle or suspend access.
• Paid plans are subscriptions billed for a fixed period (30 days) from activation; access reverts to the Free tier automatically on expiry unless renewed.
• Accounts engaging in fraud, chargebacks, spam, illegal activity, or excessive abuse may be suspended or terminated without notice.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, or plan at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address linked to your account, since plan activation is tied to it.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what we collect and why.

• We collect only the information necessary to provide our services: your email address, service usage data, and payment metadata (plan, amount, order status).
• Your email address is used solely for authentication (OTP login), transactional communication, and service-related notifications.
• Payments are processed by our payment partners, Cashfree Payments (for INR/card/UPI/netbanking) and NOWPayments. Card, UPI, and bank details are entered directly on their secure checkout pages and are never seen or stored by us.
• We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with our payment processors to complete and verify transactions.
• Basic server logs (IP address, timestamps, request metadata) are retained for security, abuse prevention, and diagnostics.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us (see Contact page). We will respond within a reasonable time.
• We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, since usage limits/quotas reset immediately upon payment.
• You may cancel auto-renewal at any time; cancellation stops future billing, and your current paid plan remains active until the end of the already-paid 30-day cycle.
• We issue a full refund if: (a) you were charged incorrectly or charged twice for the same order, or (b) a purchased plan could not be activated due to a fault on our end and was not resolved within 7 days.
• To request a refund, email us within 7 days of the charge with your account email and order ID.
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method: within 5-7 working days via Cashfree for INR payments, or in the equivalent currency via NOWPayments for USD payments.
• We do not provide cash refunds. Refunds for payments are subject to network/exchange-rate fluctuation between charge and refund.

We offer subscription access to developer-focused SaaS tools built and operated by us:

• ImgCil - dynamic image generation API. Plans: Free, Pro (₹69/mo), Studio (₹399/mo), Enterprise (₹999/mo).
• Syndirector - RSS/Atom-to-Telegram/webhook feed manager. Plans: Free, Starter (₹99/mo), Pro (₹249/mo), Ultra (₹499/mo), Unlimited (₹999/mo).

Delivery Policy

All products are digital services delivered electronically. Plan upgrades activate automatically and immediately upon confirmed payment - no physical shipping is involved.
